Death has a deadline . . .
Homicide detective Raquel Moore is going insane. That’s the only possible conclusion she can come to when she starts receiving tip-offs about an imminent murder from a caller who may or may not exist. The woman on the other end of the phone won’t tell Raquel where to look or who will be involved, but she insists—
someone will die in five days.
Dismissing the anonymous caller as an attention-seeking nutcase, Raquel turns her attention to murders that have already happened: a string of cases throughout Detroit, all with the same calling card.
A serial killer is on the loose.
But the mysterious calls keep coming, and as the clues start to add up, Raquel is forced to face an uncomfortable fact: someone in her life isn’t who they say they are.
And she has less than a week to find out who and prevent another murder.
